Rise & Bloom Retreat
It’s time to rise and bloom! As the second half of Yuyu’s “Transitions of the Season” retreat held in November, this one-day retreat is designed to guide participants through a journey of renewal and empowerment. While the morning focuses on rising and building strength, energizing the body, and setting intentions, the second half of the retreat is all about blooming.
In the afternoon, participants transition into a more fluid and expansive practice, incorporating mindful movement, deep stretching, and breathwork to encourage openness and transformation. Accompanied by a session of hypnotherapy or however else you choose to spend the afternoon, this phase is about embracing growth, feeling grounded yet radiant, and stepping into your fullest potential with renewed clarity and vitality.
By the end of the retreat, participants leave not only stronger and more aligned but also inspired and empowered to carry this sense of balance and expansion into their daily lives.

Through a blend of mindful practices, gentle movement, and reflective exercises, you'll explore ways to nurture yourself and embrace change. Yuyu will guide you in connecting deeply with the essence of the seasons — from the harvest of autumn and shedding stagnant layers to moving inward, as we transition into the quiet of winter. This retreat is designed to promote balance, renewal, and relaxation in mind and body, aligning us with the transitions of the seasons.
